Where do you ship to, and how long does it take?

Vancouver Watch Company™ currently ships to the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Ukraine, Denmark, Russian, Israel, South Korea, Japan. All orders include FREE national shipping, and subsidized international shipping.

If your location is not on our list, please contact us at info@vancouverwatchcompany.com to confirm shipping details.

All domestic orders will be shipped 3-5 business days. Typically, you need to allow 2-4 weeks for international shipping.

what is youre return/refund policy?

We offer a 12 month manufacturer warranty which covers all internal defects, including any mechanical components that cause the watch to stop functioning properly.

At Vancouver Watch Company™, our customer’s satisfaction is top priority. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. You have 20 days to return a product from the date of purchase, as long as it is in the original state and with the original label intact. Return postage is not included.

Given the natural characteristics of the wood, the inconsistencies in the material may cause one fo the bracelet links to crack, in which case we will provide spare links for replacement.

how can i change/cancel my order?

Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please contact us at info@vancouverwatchcompany.com and if the order has not been processed yet, we will do our best to assist with editing or canceling your order.

Unfortunately, if we have already processed the order, we will not be able change or cancel.
